So hartland was a terrific success. All praise be to God. Yes, once again God continued to amaze me with His grace and mercy as we served the campers and counselors that were present this past weekend. There is a bitter-sweetness with the camp experiences now. On one hand, God's presence is so real and easy to see, yet not the reality when living within the "real world." This is why the "camp high" that so many people experience hits them so hard when they come home. You have to surround yourself with people that will encourage you in your walk with God and be there for you in the seemingly dreadful silence. Yet, I would never trade what God has done, no not ever.
From a musical standpoint, I thought that our music was as tight and unified as it has ever been, with the theme song being Mighty to Save. The final morning, Monday, we added a new member to the band... :) one of the sweetest people I know, Kaylee!

She sang with us that morning for the last couple of songs, and the closing song. Can I just say, that having her sing with us was one of the most God-glorifying experiences of camp for me. Just watching her cry her heart out to God and see her passion for Jesus start to overflow, I was humbled to know a young lady that is so in love with Jesus. Yes, God showed up, and yes, again I stand amazed. I was so proud of her for the example she was to all of those other campers that were present and were apart of worship that morning. They all got to experience the heart of someone their age that is truly in love with our famous God. What a honor it is so glorify our Lord.
Oh, we also had the best dodge-ball team on the planet... yeah we were pretty sweet...team "Under-Armor!"

And I have to say something to Mike Bibby for all his contributions to the Kings...I am sorry they do not believe in you, Mike. You are one of the purest shooters and pointguards in the NBA. You are underrated and have not been given enough respect. I hope Atlanta treats you like you deserve. You are still my favorite player in the league. Thanks for all you have done. The Kings are hard to watch now that you are not there...
